The Sky Watcher Star Adventurer Dec Bracket can be used to mount telescope optical tube assemblies (OTAs) onto a Star Adventurer mount. The bracket has a Vixen-style dovetail plate on the bottom that fits onto the mount’s saddle, the flat plate on one end features a 1/4″-20 screw for the Optical Tube Assembly.

The Sky-Watcher Star Adventurer tracking mount comes in the following kit types/packages:

Star Adventurer 2i – Photo kit

• Dec (declination) Bracket is not included in the Photo kit

Star Adventurer 2i – Astro kit

• this kit includes the Dec (declination) Bracket

Star Adventurer 2i – Pro kit (pro pack)

• this kit includes the Dec (declination) Bracket

and the Star Adventurer MINI (SAM)

• this kit includes the Dec (declination) Bracket

The Dec (Declination) Bracket includes the threaded socket for the weight balance shaft.
